TO ENTER: - All participants must enter the promotional code found at the back of your souvenir coin in order to be eligible to enter the “Come back to Barbados” Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: - Sweepstakes is open only to all past cruise passengers to Barbados
- Sweepstakes is open to persons 18 years and over to participate
DRAWING: - One prize winner will be randomly drawn from all entries on or about January 1st, 2007 and contacted by e-mail or telephone.
- Winner has two (2) weeks to claim their prize.
- If prize winner cannot be located or does not accept the prize within two weeks of the drawing, the entry will be disqualified.
- Unclaimed prizes will be awarded via random drawing from all bona fide entrants.
PRIZES: - One trip to “Come back to Barbados” will be awarded and included two (2) airline round trip tickets winner’s resident country and Barbados. The prize will also include a stay in Barbados for 5 days and 4 nights stay in Barbados compliments the Barbados Tourism Authority. Two meals per day and tours will also be compliments the Barbados Tourism Authority.
- Winner will be responsible for all incidental and non-schedule meals and expenses unless stated in the letter of notification.
- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: - Only one entry is allowed per household and participants are eligible to win two airline tickets
- By participating, entrants are bound to these office rules and accept decisions of the Barbados Tourism Authority as final.
- The winner must have a valid passport for travel.
- Prize is valid for one year and is subject to air availability and black-out dates.
- The Barbados Tourism Authority collects personal information such as contact and demographic information, name, phone, address and email address, provided by entrants to better understand the demographics, interests and behavior of our collective audience to deliver advertisements and promotions targeted to their interests.
- By entering the sweepstakes, entrants accept such use of their personal information.
- The Barbados Tourism Authority will use commercially reasonable efforts to store such personal information securely and maintain the confidential nature of such information.
- Please note that the Barbados Tourism Authority will not disclose the personal information, name, address, and phone, email the Sweepstakes entrants to any third party without winner’s prior approval.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: - After winner has been notified, they will be presented with a winner’s contract
- After acceptance of terms, winner will be featured on the www.visitbarbados.org website.
