Attractions Sports Polo

Over the years, polo in Barbados has evolved from a local pursuit enjoyed by few, to a distinguished and highly respected event on international sporting and social calendars.

Guided by the Barbados Polo Club, the polo season generally runs from December to April, and is comprised of a number of tournaments and a variety of visiting international teams.

In keeping with the increased popularity of the sport in Barbados, the island has recently established several world-class venues–each with excellent corporate facilities–at Waterhall, Clifton and Lion Castle, in addition to the prominent grounds at Holders.
