Island Sitters was co-founded by Malou Morgan, a Barbadian who worked as a nanny herself in Amsterdam and London. Since 2013, Island Sitters has been helping families, businesses, concierge agencies, travel agencies and hotels source professional, caring, diverse, multi lingual, culturally aware and genuinely nice people to look after children of all ages and abilities.

We offer a number of services, which have been loved and trusted by thousands of families since 2013:

BABYSITTERS + NANNIES: Our trusted, local network of professionals are personally interviewed, security screened and selected by our team for your family.

HOLIDAY CHILDCARE: Our team will come to your hotel or villa, or take your children out for a day of adventure.

EVENT CHILDCARE: We partner with conferences and weddings to provide childcare to attendees. We offer age-appropriate activities on- and off-site during the event.

FAMILY TRAVEL CONCIERGE: Our local experts can help you craft the perfect holiday itinerary including hotel and restaurant bookings and curated activities.

MEDICAL + SENIOR CARE: Compassionate and reliable medical care and senior companionship services for your loved ones, so that they can remain comfortable and independent.

BABY GEAR: Our ‘'delivery on demand' service relieves parents from the burden of having to pack and carry strollers, baby seats, monitors, etc.
