How to play
Five (5) lucky winners who correctly complete and submit their information at
www.visitbarbados.org/cpl
will get a chance to win an all-expenses paid trip for two to Barbados to witness the Caribbean Premier League Finals and Barbados Tridents matches.
1. Eligibility
- Open to all persons aged 21 or older.
- Participants must have a valid travel document/visa to travel to Barbados and any countries that may need to be traveled through.
- Persons must be able to travel during the travel period listed.
- Persons must be from the UK, USA, Canada or any Caribbean Island.
2. To Enter
- Participants must fill in all pertinent information and subscribe to BTMI mailing list.
- Each person who submits an entry agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and accepts the decisions of the Organizer.
- Entries must be received by July 31, 2026.
3. Drawing
- The Drawing will take place on August 10, 2026.
- The winner will be notified within 5 business days after the drawing takes place.
4. Prize: Economy
- Airfare for two. Only the direct (non-stop) service that is operating from source city to Barbados will be covered by BTMI. If connections are required, these will solely be covered by the winner.
- Accommodation (based on double occupancy) for 7 days/6 nights (in destination only).
- Tickets to Barbados Trident games and Finals matches.
- Roundtrip transfers between airport and accommodation.
- Tickets to two (2) excursions to be decided by BTMI team closer to date of travel.
- Travel must be completed by September 21, 2026.
- Travel must originate from London, New York, Miami, Toronto, or any Caribbean Island.
- The winner is responsible for any costs not explicitly covered in our offer.
- All other charges are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Travel must be completed by the expiration date. No transfer of prize permitted.
- Dates of travel are based on availability at time of booking, and travel restrictions may apply. Expiration dates will not be extended. Seats on any desired flight are not guaranteed.
5. To Claim Prize
- Winners will be notified via email and/or phone.
- Winner must claim the prize and return the signed Required Documentation within ten (10) days of notification.
6. Permissions
- By entering this promotion, you are agreeing to BTMI sending you promotional information.
- The Winner and guest consent to being photographed or filmed and use of their image, name or voice can be used in any/all media throughout the world in perpetuity by BTMI for purposes of marketing Barbados.
General
The decision of the Promoter is final and binding on the participants. In the case that participants do not provide the required information requested when participating in the Promotion, their entry will become void. The Promoter reserves the right to require participants to prove their eligibility to the Promotion. If any winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to another participant and/or require the return of the prize if already awarded.
Participants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk. The Promoter will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participant's entry into the Promotion or their acceptance and/or use of the prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit participant's ability to participate in the Promotion. The Promoter holds no responsibility for any lost, damaged, delayed, illegible or incomplete entries. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not be limited as a matter of law.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or replace the Competition (including altering prizes) at any time if the Competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter's sole discretion.
Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising from such actions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments will be published on the relevant website.
The promoter of this Promotion is Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc of One Barbados Place, St Michael, Barbados West Indies (the “Promoter”).
Conditions
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Barbados, West Indies. By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
