Island Plates, tucked away in the heart of northern Speightstown is a great find, that you may just want to keep to yourself. But seriously, though you're tempted to be selfish, spread the word as it is truly too good to not let the world know how sisters Marie and Pat, passionately serve and prepare fresh meals - whether breakfast, lunch or evening meal. Try their fish cakes, salads, curry, cod & breadfruit or burritos and because the menu changes daily, if you want to taste everything available, then you have to keep going back to Island Plates. It's that simple!
