Overlooking the aquamarine waters and golden sandy shores of Paynes Bay Beach, Old Trees enjoys a privileged position to enjoy some of the most stunning West Coast sunsets. Direct access to the beach offers relaxation under gently swaying palms or swimming with the resident turtles in the bay’s sheltered waters.

The natural beauty at Old Trees is well-matched by its lavish interiors; the 6,200 sq. ft. penthouse is impeccably finished with pickled high tray ceilings, marble flooring, superior furnishings and opulent neutral and navy blue shades. The open floor plan features a fully-equipped kitchen with adjacent staff quarters, spacious living room affording a private shuffle board table, stretch right on to the covered terrace with further seating, flat screen TV with Apple TV, DVD player and dining areas. From the expansive, truly inviting covered terrace is the over sized uncovered plunge pool and sun terrace with sun loungers embracing the enticing blue Caribbean sea views.
