Located on the world-renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, Royal Villas are well appointed semi-detached three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom villas.
The upper level of the properties offer high-vaulted ceilings and features an open plan living and dining area, equipped kitchen, and partially covered terrace perfect for quiet afternoon reading or enjoying the views out to the communal swimming pool. Also located on the entry level is the first guest bedroom, which offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and walk in closet.
On the lower level, the en-suite master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area. The second guest bedroom, also en-suite, offers 2 twin beds and walk through closet. Both bedrooms offer a covered patio and provide access to the garden and communal swimming pool beyond. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
The main resort, just a short distance away offers a club-house with pro-shop, restaurant and bar. There is also the Sanctuary, which hosts another communal pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Tennis courts are also available on the main resort. As a privileged guest of a Royal Villa you also enjoy access to the Mullins Bay Beach Club where complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available.
