Southern Palms Beach Club

+ Trip Planner

Southern Palms has a unique blend of colonial style buildings and manicured gardens, maintaining a home away from home ambiance with friendly staff to assist in making the perfect location. Consisting of 92 units, the hotel is set in lush, attractive gardens.

Its architecture is a blend of traditional and Barbadian design with buildings and gardens that stretch over 1000 ft of beach frontage. There is a relaxed atmosphere of luxurious comfort, with personal service and attention to detail ensuring the perfect holiday.

We have four different categories of accommodation; garden view rooms, ocean view rooms, one bedroom junior suites and one-bedroom Luxury suites. Every room or suite is air-conditioned and well appointed with Caribbean style décor, private bathroom, balcony or patio and all units, iPod docks, satellite TV, iron and board, kettle, fridge, hairdryer and room safe.

The suites all have a kitchenette unit set up for four persons. Rooms and suites have WiFi access and you will find ‘hot spots’ in public areas. If you wish to get married during your holiday with a tropical background of sun, sea and sand, our Wedding Coordinator will be happy to make all the arrangements.

Located on the South Coast, in St. Lawrence Gap, which has a wide selection of restaurants, night-life and shops, all within easy walking distance from the hotel.

With the tradewinds gently cooling the property and the beautiful white, sandy beach upon which we are located, allowing for relaxation by the pool or under a palm tree on the beach making Southern Palms the perfect location.

Dover beach is also an active nesting ground for the endangered Hawksbill Turtle.  A nesting or hatching is a ‘must see’ between the months of April and October, but hatchings may be seen as late as December.
