Where else would you be able to help raise the sails, learn how to tie a knot, lie in the bowsprit net suspended above the sea, and find the sheer determination needed to climb the mast to the Crow’s Nest for a breathtaking panoramic view? Only aboard one of Star Clippers’ magnificent tall sailing ships you’ll experience all these activities and more...

Sailing with Star Clippers is like having your own private yacht. No lines, no crowds, just the perfect amount of personal service. The deck gleams and all around are the hallmarks of elegant and timeless vessels. The ships are adorned with striking brass work and an abundance of real teak, seldom found on modern ships. Deep hues of blue and gold celebrate its nautical décor and style. Life aboard is blissfully relaxed offering open-seating dining and plenty of free time. You’ll never feel confined to a planned schedule!

Our modern small ships were created for passengers looking for the tradition and romance of the legendary era of sailing ships. Royal Clipper, home port in Barbados every winter season, carries aboard only 227 guests. It holds the Guinness World Record as the largest square-rigged ship in service! The ship boasts three swimming pools, a spa and health club with underwater portholes, a tri-level dining room and atrium, and a marina platform for watersports.

Star Flyer home ports mainly in St. Maarten in the winter season, but offers several sailings departing from Barbados, or as a port of call, carrying aboard up to 170 guests. This ship features two swimming pools and a library with a Belle Epoque fireplace. Star Flyer was the first ship in the world to receive the International Air Pollution Prevention Certificate, followed by Star Clipper and Royal Clipper
